A2 (Elementary) for Adults – Regular

• Continue your journey into Modern Greek at a relaxed pace. Learn useful phrases, cultural insights, and practical vocabulary while having ample time for revisions. Ideal for travelers, hobbyists, or anyone with a busy schedule.
• Students completing both courses are ready to participate in the A2 Greek Language Certification Exams.
• 2 classes per week (1 class = 100 mins).
• Minimal need for self-study (1-2 hours per week).

Upon completion of both A2 courses (A2.a & A2.b), you will be able to:

• Understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to immediate relevance—such as basic personal & family details, shopping, local geography, employment—both in speech and writing.
• Communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a direct exchange of information on familiar topics or daily matters.
• Describe aspects of your background and environment (e.g., your home, job, routine) in straightforward, simple terms.
• Handle short, basic interactions even though you may still need help and slow speech.
• Navigate everyday topics like travel arrangements, giving directions, ordering meals, personal anecdotes, and simple requests.
• Discover more facets of Greek culture, from common customs and traditions to daily-life expressions.
